Waveney Fc tough friendlies lined up

Waveney Fc adult teams begin training for the new season this tuesday 7pm June 20th at Barnards meadow. All old and new players welcome as we aim to get off and running quickly in our respective leagues. We have several friendlies against teams in league's above ourselves. As we travel to Lowestoft Town and Kirkley Fc .We also entertain Great Yarmouth Town. With Stewart Larter coming in to join George Millington as joint manager players will have the chance to impress. We also have a new coaching team in place as well as retaining Rob Mckechnie as part of the coaching set up. We hope to see plenty of our current crop of young players and any one else who wants a challenge of playing at Waveney. Several of last years 16 year olds got opportunities with the first team and with the reserves last season and will look to do so again. With an U18S team planned as well as an U17S and a district league team we hope that we can provide good opportunities for everyone. Training will be Tuesdays and Thursdays so we look forward to seeing all of last seasons players and potential new signings on Tuesday.
