Recently a number of WFC personnel were invited and tasked by myself to form a new look Coaching Panel to oversee the Club's Player Development & Coach Education/Support policies. As a result the following listed individuals will now be the appropriate points of contact for all matters concerning this very important area of Club business. Please note that those listed below as Age Group Coordinators for Youth/Boys sides are there to offer advice, guidance and general support to you all to ensure that our Club's ethos and high standards are maintained.

Our Girls Section will continue to be governed by Girls Development Officers Hadyn Everson & Stuart Walker but will also now receive assistance from Jason Moyles. Coach Education in respect of courses & qualifications etc will continue to be managed by Jason Dobson with help from Club Welfare Officer Angie Walker. Mark Potter, Simon West & Lee Maguire are also members of the Coaching Panel and will assist this Committee moving forward with other Coaches likely to be included in the future as the CP develops accordingly.

The intention and expectation is that early in the New Year representatives of the AGC's will make contact with their respective Managers/Coaches in order that relationships can duly be built which will safeguard the development and enjoyment of the Club's young players.
