1. Club Welfare Officer


The Club's Welfare Officer is Jason Dobson he will ensure that the Club's policies and procedures regarding Safeguarding Children, DBS checks, emergency aid and volunteer references are being adhered to.
Jason attends regular training sessions to ensure he is up-to date with current guidelines and then feeds anything new to the Club's managers and coaches.

He has the responsibility to deal with any breaches of the F.A.'s Respect campaign either towards any player / supporter / manager within the club or against any other club / individual, he works closely with the league and County Welfare officers to effectively deal with any complaints in a common sense and practical way.
